From Ferihegy airport terminal 2 to Szeged:
From in front of the airport (you can ask the Information table where the bus stop is, it is right in front of the airport, you just have to go outside the door), you need to take bus 200E. Timetable: http://www.bkv.hu/busz/200evissza.html The timetable shows the times when the bus leaves. For this, you need a bus ticket. You can either buy it from the driver for 400 HUF, or buy it from the ticket automat right in the bus stop, for 320 HUF. This bus will take you to the bus stop "Kőbánya-Kispest" in around 20 minutes. You can ask the driver or a passenger to tell you when that stop comes (it is the last stop of the bus).
There, you can find the train station also named Kőbánya Kispest. You go inside and buy a ticket. You need to buy a ticket from Kőbánya Kispest to Szeged. The ticket costs you 3.080 HUF. If you buy a reserved seat, it costs you 3.850 instead of 3.080 HUF. You can also buy a ticket for the Intercity part of the train, which is probably a bit cleaner and nicer looking, for 3.440 HUF, or a reserved seat there for 4.210 HUF. The train leaves every hour.
